I was so happy and surprised because before I contacted my insurance I contacted 311 (that's city of Dallas because it was their fault). My insurance was so polity when I finally contacted them. Raised my deductible $500 to $5000 was not notified. My house needs repairs still. Sad you treat people this way. The field adjuster told me how good she was. I guess so, se works for you. Was told she would send a company to look at AC Damage Also, I think she said a company would come out to give an estimate on paint damage. This has been the worst experience. I would call this elder abuse. You profit. I lose. No one never contacted me by phone on change in 2023...I will not cash the insult of a check. You send someone out to repair my house for that amount. You are the worst. show less
