It was only after hunting down contact info for a VP of Claims that I was able to move our claim forward and keep our agent on task. It was absolutely impossible until that point. We were constantly told the agent's workload was heavy due to claims in other trouble spots around the country which made us feel like our claim was hardly as important or relevant.
Our response: We contacted our policyholder for additional feedback. We discussed their specific insurance policy including coverage, deductibles and limits.

This process has been terrible. I cannot get anyone to reach back out. Literally, one of the most frustrating things to experience.

When a customer has an urgency related to an unforeseen inconvenience - such as water leakage and no hot water, waiting a month or more for an adjuster is not acceptable. We did all the work from our end - however, would appreciate some payout 2 months later.
