The mitigation rep couldn't reach Jordan after many attempts. We started to reach out to Jordan and after 2 weeks of calls and emails we finally spoke with him, Jordan mentioned there are approvals that we, property management, needed to get but hadn't communicated that to us or the mitigation rep. If he had sent a brief email outlining the scope, it could have sped up the process. He said it shouldn't be his responsibility to go back and forth between us and the mitigation rep. This is time but one email/response would have helped the process. show less
