It ended up we had to pay our deductible and the amount we were given made us to pay a few thousand over that amount. Why pay for insurance when contractors don't even work in the area you live. We will be looking for a new insurance company. show less

Best experience we have had managing a difficult situation. Gianni was amazing and thorough.

Erica as well as the other ladies who worked with us were kind and professional. They all handled our case about as well as we expected and timely especially while we were displaced. Only one person I spoke with, a young gentleman by voice, was abrasive and cold. I understand they can only do what is allowed but do it kindly in times when clients are in distress.

Greg was very efficient and explained all things. Claim was handled much faster than my expectation.
