I called so many times and was given a simple response. He wanted things emailed and no other way. Refused to call mortgage company with me (the mortgage company could not give me an email address). Finally, the mortgage company called Holman with me and together we figured out what information was needed and how to get it to them.
Our response: We contacted our policyholder for additional feedback. Our policyholder did not respond to our request.

I said "Yes" to #2...but it took a while to get there. Managing expectations regarding timing is an opportunity for improvement. I also got conflicting instruction from two different people. In the end, it worked out but that could have been frustrating.
