Thanks for prompt process.

We had two claims - one adjuster never returned my calls, but the other adjuster Charles was very helpful and was always giving me info. I had to call Faron's supervisor and talk to her and then I called him the next day and he answered.

Service was better than I could have hoped for.

The amount paid on the claim was too low, about 65% of what I though was reasonable.

1) One check was made out just to me to pay forward to restoration company, next check for remediation company was made out to me and another party - which was not the correct party as lienholder. I was told the amounts had been negotiated but both companies invoices were higher and they didn't seem to know about the reduction in price and contacted me for help. I took myself out of the middle and referred them back to Stillwater agent. show less
