Long distance time difference was hard to reach agent. Also left voice messages, many never returned. Disappointed some phone conversations I felt being talked down to because I didn't understand. That's not nice.
Our response: We contacted our policyholder for additional feedback. We used the feedback provided to improve our customer service practices.

I have never felt more small in dealing with someone. I felt like a pan handler. Completely demeaning and condescending in the way Santrelle spoke to me at every encounter with her. She was flippant even when I called to ask about process and next steps. It was as though I was completely a bother.
