I had $44,218 in damages in a clean water backup sewer. Destiny "our adjuster" shorted us at a maximum of $10,000. This caused my wife and I to spend $31,087 to fix our bathroom and kitchen because you done cover more. I will never use you again. Call me if you wish to keep my business.

Attempted to call and obtain information, never answered, waited for information via snail mail for the roof repair. Unsure if calls are recorded, but once called and left a message saying, "well, I guess it wasn't that important. She didn't answer" Very unprofessional.

Cannot believe State Farm simply said no to subrogation and I paid for a lead 3 floors above me. I lose my deductible, which may have given me a fair shot at getting all the field inspector said I needed. I'll be lucky to get 1/2 of it completed. Took 3 calls to Ladarius to get him to respond to me. Matthew was excellent.
