I don't even know where to begin on this! This claim is still in the process! I have waited over a month with zero communication from Estephany, and now she is on leave. As well as the independent field adjuster that came out to my house was off on his measurements by 100 square ft which resulted in more money spent out of pocket, and still no response on next steps. I also am a teacher and made it very clear that I cannot talk on the phone until after 2pm PST. I don't know if that is why I haven't heard anything in a month, but that also is including emails. Zero, nothing! I have never filed a claim in the 10 years I have owned my home, and the first time I do, this is what happens. She is never available! Didn't offer anyone to come out. When you call NO answer. Would have email only one word. No email back at times. Have to call customer service and STILL no contact. This process I felt alone. It happened 1/30/2025 and here it is 3/20/25 and still my home isn't fixed.
