When you purchase insurance you expect that should an act of God take place, your family will be taken care of. This was not the case with Stillwater. I was made to feel like an adversary. $8891.73 was deducted from the cost of what you believed the cost of a new roof would be. I am a senior citizen and this shortfall forced me to take a reverse mortgage to just put a new roof on our home. because of the poor service I received from your company. Also, why was this survey mailed to me instead of emailed to be completed on line? Everyone should stay far away from this company at all costs because they will not do anything for you! show less
