The agent sent payment and closed claim without discussing it with us to decide how we would like to proceed. She did not put installation in the claim. I felt she took a long time to handle the claim and rush the close of the claim. I was not satisfied with her service. The adjuster was more informed than her.

We contacted our policyholder for additional feedback. We discovered that we were missing supplemental documentation. Once we receive it we will review to see if additional payout is required.

Our claims agent didn't respond to emails or voicemails. We had to speak to her supervisor, Chad, to get anything accomplished. We did things in a timely fashion and were not given the same professional courtesy.

I know it was a busy time and there were a large amount of claims, but it would have been nice to have the adjuster update me in the claims process. My agent was very helpful to me in getting in touch with the adjuster for me.

I never received communication regarding the claim for my house despite calling and emailing multiple times. My neighbor's garage was handled quickly but I could not get any communication about my own house. I cancelled the policy due to this.

A tree fell on the roof, damaging the exterior and some of the interior of the house. The process was very long, approximately 3 months until we received two checks for an amount less than the cost of the entire work. The insurance refuses to pay any damage to the interior of the house.

I have to constantly follow up with him. when I get him on the call that's when he starts looking at what has been submitted. It seems he has a heavy case load according to him.
