She is never available! Didn't offer anyone to come out. When you call NO answer. Would have email only one word. No email back at times. Have to call customer service and STILL no contact. This process I felt alone. It happened 1/30/2025 and here it is 3/20/25 and still my home isn't fixed.

I had $44,218 in damages in a clean water backup sewer. Destiny "our adjuster" shorted us at a maximum of $10,000. This caused my wife and I to spend $31,087 to fix our bathroom and kitchen because you done cover more. I will never use you again. Call me if you wish to keep my business.

She texted me to inform that my ALE is rejected. Beside multiple email and text request to send a formal ALE rejection letter. She has not replied back till date. My mitigation company is also having hard time to reach her and frustrated with her ways of working. This is delaying my restoration work. show less
