1) One check was made out just to me to pay forward to restoration company, next check for remediation company was made out to me and another party - which was not the correct party as lienholder. Not sure why this difference. It slowed the process down. 2) Both companies invoices were higher than what Stillwater paid them. I was told the amounts had been negotiated but both companies invoices were higher and they didn't seem to know about the reduction in price and contacted me for help. I took myself out of the middle and referred them back to Stillwater agent. show less
