Both the desk adjuster and field adjuster were professional and courteous. However, the explanation of the claims process was not very clear and we would have benefitted from a written explanation.

We had two claims - one adjuster never returned my calls, but the other adjuster Charles was very helpful and was always giving me info. I had to call Faron's supervisor and talk to her and then I called him the next day and he answered.
