We have a very poor experience with the Stillwater team recently. The team claimed they had called us and emailed but they somehow had the wrong contact info even though we had communicated with them before. How did this happen? There was little attempts made to adequately explain our coverage and it was evident they were not interested in helping us and only closing the claim as soon as possible. They lost our trust right away and made no attempts to remedy. Considering we've been with Stillwater for many years - I would have expected more. Please train your team. VERY disappointed in your customer service. show less
