Stillwater did not pay what it was supposed to pay; you only pay for outside unit but the attic unit was bad as well and I had to replaced both AC units (outside unit and attic unit) aloso in this days the new outside AC unit is not compatible with the old attic unit. So both AC contractor said "both AC units must be replaced and you paid only for one unit. Thanks.
Our response: We contacted our policyholder to discuss her concerns. The HVAC inspection indicated that this unit could be repaired as opposed to replaced. We issued payment for the repairs.

Very, very unsatisfied with Stillwater as a company and as the insurance adjuster. Never kept in contact, never returned phone calls or followed up. Had to call Geico several time to report and file a claim. Called Regional Mgr never received phone call back from them either. Very happy my dealings are completed and can choose ANOTHER company.
