I do not recall the adjuster at anytime telling me what was all inspected for damage during my inspection (outside of the purpose for the inspection - my roof), but I noticed him taking pictures of other exteriors issues - which was fine - but upon receiving this letter, I phoned Stillwater to find out what I was to do with the claims check because I was not given any sort of report. The gentleman I had spoke with on the phone was quick and detailed and very professional. Needless to say, even though I didn't receive the report with the check, Stillwater did a great job figuring it out for me. Thanks! show less
