The only weird thing was when I 1st called to report it, they said we must cover leak and a tarp. Seems dangerous to recommend someone to go on a wet roof! That's it - everything else was good. Thanks.

Mr. Sampson was extremely helpful in processing this claim. He called several times in helping to bring this claim to a close.

The claim was made to help me replace or repair damage to my property. $1300 will not even cover replacing my fence. It may not be the people who handled my claim but rather the insurance company as a whole. If anyone does read this please know that if anything I will highly discourage anyone from using this company.

As I'm sure is the case with anyone dealing with an insurance claim, this has been a stressful time. Anthony and Dan were very helpful in answering my questions and easing my stress. They made me feel like they were on my side and not out to get me (like some horror stories you come across.)
