Stillwater is the most unethical company I have dealt with in 40 years of owning home. Any Insurance Company that deducts from the full value of the home verses the claimed amount is a lack of integrity. Adjuster did not mention anything. Stillwater is not a consumer friendly.
Our response: We contacted our policyholder for additional feedback. We discussed their specific insurance policy including coverage, deductibles and limits.

No one ever contacted me or allowed price quotes from workers (estimates). I just received a check minus the deductible. The amount was not near enough to repair the damage. I will be seeking estimates from other companies.

Everything is going okay, just waiting on the letter or email about how they determine the amount and I thought I was getting a separate check of my losses. I need to know do I take my amount out the money that was giving to me. I paid $1511.00 on the problem plus my rugs and also my kitchen curtains, and plus my curtains in the living room got wet. Just please let me know.
