Claim took way too long to process, regardless of needing additional info. Forrest was excellent. I was given the wrong claim number in correspondence, so it delayed processing.

It took the adjuster a week to come to my home. I also had trouble with having someone explain to me the process of having my claim resolved. It's a month later and my basement is still completely torn apart. I am very dissatisfied with how my claim has been handled.
