They should have covered the things in the garage that were my sons and grandson tools. If I could afford to change I would. You have raised my rates every chance you got.

Jeff was very responsive and kind. We had to travel out of the country while our claim was being handled and he updated us as soon as we got back. He let us know where he was in the process and what we should expect. We were very happy w/ his service!
