I had a horrible experience, it took 4 months to process my claim, the estimate for the repair in writing is $10,000.00. Stillwater severely underpaid me, I have called and written an email and have not heard back from anyone. I am considering cancelling my policy and suing!

Your adjuster was not responsive. He did not even explain how he came to the determination. I am clueless as to what exactly was covered and not covered and why. There was no explanation as to an appeals process. I do not agree with the determination that was made. I need detailed explanation.
Our response: We contacted our policyholder for additional feedback. We discovered that we made an error and have corrected it.

It took entirely too long to get the adjuster to our home after a city water back-up flooded our first floor. Teh contractors already had the old floors ripped up, but couldn't install the new ones until the adjuster came out. We walked on concrete floors for a week.
Our response: We contacted our policyholder to discuss his feedback. He indicated that he is pleased with the result of his claim.
