Tom was great in explaining the coverage I had as well as other coverage options to consider. Not pushy but very informative. Claim took a little longer than expected but I have no clue what time frames should look like.This was my only insurance claim and hopefully my last. Was overall positive. Tom was an excellent communicator and worked professionally.
