Very pleased w/ how easy the claims process was and how helpful the adjuster was!

After having homeowner's insurance for 30+ years, I had never had to file a claim. Of course I was very stressed when I first had to call to place this one. Thankfully, Brice was/is awesome! He was always kind, calming, informative, and ready and willing to answer any and all of my questions. I am so very grateful that he was my adjuster.

This was one of the worst experiences of our lives. A horrible feeling of shock and of being violated. Having never had this type of dealing with any insurance company, we had no idea what to expect. Your adjuster was very knowledgeable and explained the process very clearly and our claim was settled very quickly. I will recommend your insurance company to all of our friends.
