The website did not even recognize I have a claim. This is not the way to do insurance business and deal with a long term customer. If you have any interest to follow this, call me. Your adjuster was not responsive. He did not even explain how he came to the determination. I am clueless as to what exactly was covered and not covered and why. There was no explanation as to an appeals process. I do not agree with the determination that was made. I need detailed explanation.

Great service. Was told check was in the mail and had to follow up once but no big deal. Had a great experience!

The adjuster was very helpful in explaining her thoughts and the process to follow. She wrote down a list of documents she would need for the claim. She was prompt in responding to email too. Overall, she made the process easy and did not make more work for me to do.

Sorry I just found this on my desk. It's late, but it meant so much to me on how the claim was taken care of I thought you would still like feedback. You took a mess and made it possible to get things done. I hope we never have to do a claim again but if we do, I feel confident in you. I am thinking of leaving Geico, but not if I lose you as my insurance company.
