He already made the claim without getting my list and threw back in my face that I can clean it like my computer, my computer is not even running correctly they are offering me a new one with my warranty and no one has called me to do any cleaning up to this point. Our claim was complicated by the custom fence and Home Owners Association. There was about a month worth of back and forth with the contractor and HOA specifics. Our claim representative Theresa was understanding and helped us throughout the claim. She helped make the long process so much easier.
