The first adjuster gave me wrong information. She told me I had rental coverage and $500 deductible. I did not have rental coverage and $1000 deductible. It took over a month to settle my claim - while I was paying for a rental. I had to call the other party's ins company repeatedly. I did all the work on my claim. Stillwater did very little work. I did not find out that my rental was not covered until after a week of using it. I am shopping for new insurance. show less
