Jacob was excellent. He really worked to get the third party adjuster here locally going when they were lagging. I highly recommend Jacob.

I am 73 years old, and very upset that randals cut my line my freon line to my central air conditioner. Erika could not have been more kind to me. I was on the phone was on the phone when I tried to write this, I'm really not this bad, but Erika is a great employee! Thank you.

The only thing missing was I understood there would be a letter of explanation covering the details included with the cheque. It was not enclosed. Thank you for the excellent service.

The inspector was nice and friendly. He also was on time to the appointment we set up.
