1st Field Claims officer was independent and not knowledgeable. Did not really receive instructions on what to do from anyone. Zap was asked to ascertain my damages late in the process.

I did not have high expectations because of the low coverage lost. Jim really exceeded those and was both friendly and good at answering all my questions. Though he was busy, I felt like all my questions were important and he would spend as much time as needed helping me.
