Originally I was having an unpleasant experience beginning the claims process with my adjuster and submitting documentation. Then my case was re-assigned to Jeff and he was fantastic. Jeff was always available via phone and email. He always emailed me back to say that he got my documents, and he walked me through all of my questions and options with great patience and compassion.

The adjusters, on site inspectors, and the ServPro staff all were courteous and incredibly responsive to our claim. I had undergone surgery days before the incident and as a result was limited in what I could physically do and had higher stress. The care, assurances, and professionalism of everyone was exceptional.

However Torress Construction did not met any of those qualifications, there was no communication, the job was not complete for example the storage shed was not done at all, the roof on the home had different shingles, the blue tint on the sky light was not removed, and also nail can bee seen.
