We have never been treated so poorly by an insurance company. Our questions were never answered, nor was our calls returned. There were time the customer service member and the adjuster were rude and quite unhelpful. This was a stressful event in our lives and we just need compassion and understanding. I hope no one in our company has to experience a break in where police had to enter their home with guns drawn. We want someone to call us and send us our itemized claim sent to us. show less

Very good customer service and explanation from the adjuster. The time period was extended due to the high volume of storms/damage to properties. I feel I was very fairly compensated for the damage in order to repair properly.
