I am not satisfied at all with the Stillwater insurance, and how the responsible handled my claim. I have 3 units insured with Stillwater, and I called last week to add my residence because I heard good things about this insurance. But now that I have experienced what Stillwater stands for myself, I can tell that it did not meet up with my expectations. As for my claim, first the assessor did not do his job properly. He ignored the kitchen as though it was not a part of the apartment. He saw the wholes on the wall, where the cabinet was, the microwave and the ledgers, everything collapsed. The cabinet was missing. The building manager showed it to the office director and threw it in the trash later, because he thought that it was too damaged for further use. According to the assessor, since the caribnet was not there, neither the cabinet nor the wholes on the wall could be included in his estimation. He did not mention the kitchen damage at all in his report. And that is the most important. Just the cabinet was worth $1200. I am sending you a testimony of the building engineer, signed by him, regarding the kitchen damage. You can also call him for more explanation if you want. If you want to consolidate my faith in Stillwater take a reasonable look at this incident and try to come up with a reasonable solution. Up to now, I am very disappointed. show less
