Kris was so fantastic - I really can't say enough good things about her. From start to finish she was helpful, quick to respond, and pleasant to work with. Whenever I tell people about our experience, I tell them that Stillwater was the one bright spot in what was otherwise sort of a nightmare. I know of 2 households who have switched to Stillwater since then.

Sending emails to an automatic mailbox is not good. You don't know if your adjuster got it and your adjuster doesn't know if you tried to send something without being able to have immediate feedback.
