She was always friendly and professional. She made this process much less painful than it could have been. I was sick with worry until she was put on our claim. [Claim 1 of 2] The person who handled my claim was very professional and sweet. She was patient and quick to respond when needed!! She landed up sending my check to the wrong address so she verified and made sure she had the right one. Her check got here before the other one were she had to process it twice due to wrong address. The main issue I had was with the person handling my claim she called me to verify everything and only gave me hours to respond before she sent it. Then because of not being able to wait she sent it to a wrong address. On top of that it took her 2-3 days 2 out of the 3 times I called her to respond back. She also left a message with the wrong address again so I called her and asked that she would call back just to make sure no response since then! Also her attitude was rude in the beginning. show less

It took 3 field adjusters and a couple months to resolve this claim. Apparently the first guy never turned in a claim. The second guy only reported minimal damage (mostly to living room ceiling) and the third guy assured us the roof would be replaced. This took over a month to settle. The loss was reported on April 22nd and settled on July 11th.

Took over 2 months to get paid on a very simple water loss. I had to call after 5 days after the loss as I had not heard from anyone. Without my constant follow-up it would probably still not have been paid. Your desk adjuster Brice did an amazing job, he was the only bright-side in handling this claim. He did a great job talking to me through the whole process.
