I was so happy and surprised because before I contacted my insurance I contacted 311 (that's city of Dallas because it was their fault). My insurance was so polity when I finally contacted them. So polite, concerned and fast. So I think you for that and I will recommend Stillwater Insurance to everyone at City of Dallas and my church too.

Asked if there was a company they recommended - was told no. Received a check not even close to what is needed to repair damage. 15 phone calls to talk to a person. Sad you treat people this way. The field adjuster told me how good she was. I guess so, se works for you. Was told she would send a company to look at AC Damage Also, I think she said a company would come out to give an estimate on paint damage. This has been the worst experience. I would call this elder abuse. You profit. I lose. No one never contacted me by phone on change in 2023...I will not cash the insult of a check. You send someone out to repair my house for that amount. You are the worst. show less
