I spoke to her one time in a very distracted and rushed manner. Since the first call she has not once returned any of my 2-3 dozen calls or emails! This is hands down the worst insurance I have ever had! Terrible! I still haven't received money for covering my claim. You expect me to pay up front for every penny of the claim, you hire nasty adjusters who take tons of time to under estimate the damages and then you take forever to respond to the additional charges. The claim could have been wrapped up on 5 days - but it's over a month!! show less
