Our response: We contacted our policyholder for additional feedback. We used the feedback provided to improve our customer service practices.

To much delay and phone conversations to get the written claim and the adjuster to mail me a copy. Other than this bump in the road everyone was; respectful, concerned as well as helpful.
Our response: We contacted our policyholder for additional feedback. Our policyholder did not respond to our request.

The adjuster (Denise) did an excellent job of keeping us informed. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very truthful. She knew about building codes and what was entailed in a city code to replace an existing roof. She was also very easy to contact and would take the time to explain things to me.

Sarah was great but I had to initiate all conversations and correspondence between insurance and contractor. It would be nice if Stillwater had vendors they regularly work with so that estimates aren't as far apart (adjuster vs. contractor) and to speed up the overall time frame. (We had a newborn and were out out our home for a month, it was miserable.)
Our response: We let our policyholder know we understood her frustration with her contractor. Sarah made multiple phone calls to help negotiate an agreeable price. The process with contractors ususally goes much smoother than this one.
