The claim adjuster was courteous and professional. He helped the process to be smooth and uncomplicated. It was a wonderful experience.

The man that came to our house to check out the damage was very nice and respectful of the situation. Melanie was very helpful and was also very kind. She was very well versed in what she does. You have two very good employees at Stillwater.

There was little communication. I had to initiate it after waiting weeks for an answer. Adjuster told me on a Tues. or Wednesday I would have an answer Monday or Tuesday the following week, no call, no email. Adjuster told me on a Tues. or Wednesday I would have an answer Monday or Tuesday the following week, no call, no email. In fact they sent the check for claim to my old address and not claim address. (New address) Really? I don't care about what was approved or not. I do care that an insurance company does not give me peace of mind, that comes first, through good communication. show less
