The inspector was courteous. I am dissatisfied with the dollar amount paid out. The detailed damage did not include the cost of a damaged smoke alarm, the expensive horse wool looped rug, both which was discussed with inspector both of which he took pictures of and stated he would include in the claim but did not. Also my electric bill was in excess of 50.00 than normal due to fans and dehumidifier that I was not reimbursed for. show less
