Everything was handled quickly and efficiently!

There was a claim check sent to my house however I told the claims adjuster that I have already paid the contractor $500.00 and he also told her that but the entire $1000.00 deductible was taken from the check. That means I still have to pay $1000.00 to the contractor not $500.00 I feel that is not right. Thank you.

The claim processor asked me to go out my way to find roofing company and AC company to get a quote after I did she still completely went with what he adjuster said without even considering the other quotes. Differently will change insurance after 5 yrs.

The claim took too long to process. We went over a month w/out kitchen appliances. Because some things were "plugged in - moveable" vs attached to home, we did not get reimbursement after power surge during snow storm. My appliances are 10 years old and no reimbursement for a fridge! I would have expected better service and benefits!
