This was the worse experience, I hope and pray that no one has to go through what I went through. I was lied to given incorrect information, monie was delayed. I couldn't get work completed until 2 months later due to giving me the wrong information, being rude, nasty and condescending. My mortgage was late due to me having to come out of pocket to complete work done in home.

I am completely satisfied with outcome of my claim. One feedback, adjuster and claims rep. should strive to use terms general public understands vs. insurance speak. Also 1 yr. to complete process was required to do the process specifically because of hi demand for contractor resources. Thank you.
