From our very first conversation Forrest was patient, empathetic and kind. He made certain that I understand the process and was just and ethical the whole way through. I hated to be in the situation and had an emotional difficulty in dealing with it, but I am grateful that Forrest was my adjuster. After two hail storms in 2019, 2020 he stated there wasn't any hail damage to our roof, stating, "that our roof was over 25 yrs old and our shingles are dried out." My opinion as the home owner and opinion from our personal contractor suggested that the roof should be replaced due to hail damage. And neighbors had experienced the same hail storms and they are getting roof replacements. We had no water damage in our garage until after the hail storm. show less
