The Claims officer was very friendly and knowledgeable in explaining of the claim process, and the Adjuster who came to the location promptly, was friendly and looked over the damaged areas very carefully so that all the damages were identified. The claims were handled very quickly and we are very pleased.

Currently we've been waiting (3) weeks for our kitchen to be put back together as the contractor and field adjuster are way off $. The office insurance adjuster has worked on this claim part-time, at best (personal issues). Now it's been re-assigned? Also, apparently it takes up to (3) days for electronic correspondence to be received/uploaded by Stillwater, so a payment was distributed to us before the repair estimate came in/ was received riciulous). Inefficient, poor customer service. We're going to change insurance companies when we move in a few months. show less

This was my very first experience of filing a claim for 1st time. All in all I am satisfied.

Too good to be true! Very accomodating. More than fair. Both the lady on the phone and the man at my house were fantastic!

I've never had a claim before so I wasn't sure what to expect and the process was smooth and everyone was very nice and empathetic.
