The adjuster issued their denial. We understand the reasoning. However neither we or our inspectors can reach the Adjuster. We believe he refuses to take our calls, will not take inspector calls, will not provide back up to decision. Makes us feel as we are merely a means to make money as opposed to a valued customer. Once work is complete we will be moving to another provider. Thank you for providing a chance to express our dissatisfaction. Please stop sending notifications that state you "appreciate" my business as your lack of response betrays that statement. show less

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing in reply to your request for feedback from your handling of my claim regarding the property damage covered under the homeowner's policy of which I am a subscriber to. My reply is as follows: Overall, your claim team, from the telephone intake to the field service team, has been professional and prompt. My claim was handled and referred to an adjuster, who was able to visit my property and inspect the damage. An indemnity was promptly paid out. Despite the high level of service, I continue to disagree with certain elements of the damage report. I expressed my disagreement with your adjuster, and, we are in correspondence. At this time, I do not know if the matter will be resolved to my satisfaction. I am aware that the purpose of property insurance is to restore and make whole, rather than an opportunity to make an improvement to an affected property above the state it was in prior to a claim being field. You may reach out to me to discuss furthermore the nature of the dissatisfaction with the findings in the field report. show less
