I just have one complaint - it was very hard to get in touch with my adjuster. Never got call backs. On the whole, I am happy with the process.

Unfortunately, the adjuster of the claim acted very poorly. When I had an issue and needed to contact her, I mostly tried to call her several times a day for about 10 days and left voice message, but I did not hear from her at all.
