I felt avoided and ignored during the majority of this difficult process. The only positive interaction I had was reviewing the claims details once on a call with Priscilla. Otherwise, impossible to get help, pre-approval of emergency repairs, or updates on depreciation replacement. Always sent to voicemail or emails never returned. Very stressful to be paying out of pocket while also paying for insurance. Please help. show less
