After the field adjuster submitted his report, it was 2 full weeks before I heard a word from Stillwater. I would have appreciated at least a notice that the claim was being processed, but I heard nothing.

My experience was amazing. Melenie accepted us as if we were her own family, everytime I spoke to her she gave a piece of her mind fully, and also put us in a hotel suite and assured us that everything will be covered so that we could recover from our loss. I will always and forever be a Stillwater insured customer, and am now thinking of merging my cars insurance to Stillwater.

Initially it took a few days to return my phone calls. Out of the 5 phone calls I made, 3 were returned (each a different situation) and the last 2 calls were never returned. The contractor recommended has yet to return my call, my ceiling is still unrepaired as of 17 Jul 20. I am thoroughly disappointed! I will be looking around for an insurance company that cares about my welfare.
