Yes read statement of policy - I do not feel adjuster cared about me as homeowner, but more as a "file" that needed processed and moved off desk. Getting other estimates and writing Dept of Insurance.

I'm very unhappy my basement is still unfinished. No communication from the company recommended. No price was given to me until the damages to my basement was done then the company talked and sent the bill. The bill was almost all of what I was getting to fix my basement and there's not enough to put things back like it was this company I wish we never! use you ever in life your just take money and when you have a problem your left with you have to come out your own pocket to pay and fix. show less
