A local adjuster should have been assigned to inspect damages. My claim submitted to your claims department was lost and a claim number was never assigned. The claim was activated when I called the claims department to follow up on my claim submission. They stated it was not received. I sent my copy of our final letter as. Everything was slowed down, and was not resolved until I provided multiple copies at least three times before some action was taken. Very unprofessional. show less
