Has been difficult to contact. I have left numerous messages with no return call (3). Descriptions of what to expect versus really what is happening has made the process confusing and more difficult for us. An already stressful situation has been made more stressful. Seems to be kind, but when we need answers immediately or quickly they are impossible to get. Luckily, will answer calls from my wife but I have to pull her out of meetings and disrupt her work day in order to contact. Not helpful. show less
