I'm still mad my light fixture still isn't fixed. Now having the time I'm seeking another insurance company my adjuster was the worst he could careless I'm still mad I had to wait to even fill this form out. Still disappointed.
Our response:
We contacted our policyholder to discuss this feedback, as this was from a claim that was closed in September of 2019. Because the fixture was not inspected by an electrician, we are unable to reopen this claim.
